ABOUT ME

After traveling the world in 2001 for a year, I found myself five and a half stone heavier on my return. I managed to lose all this extra weight in just seven months.

Through achieving this, I developed a deep motivation to want to help others achieve their goals just as I had.

So I trained to become a professional trainer with Premier Training and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)

I have been working in the industry as a Level 3 Personal Trainer since 2002.

Since then I have amassed a wealth of knowledge in both male and female body & health transformations, this comes through building stronger leaner bodies and mindsets, in turn improving all aspects of life in the process.

Achieving great success in body fat reduction through a mixture of strength training, high intensity intervals, circuits and helping people gain and have complete control over their nutrition and eating habits. Combining this high quality training with complete nutritional overhauls and the use of 'Biosignature Modulation' - the measuring of hormonal balance through fat distribution patterns.

I work with my clients from The Rec Club Gym in Hampstead and

as a Virtual Personal Trainer using (Facetime/Zoom),

1-1 Online Personal Training and as a Mobile Personal Trainer covering all of North London.
